No Returns/Refunds

We allow exchanges on unworn/unwashed items within 7 business days of delivery, but we do ask the customer to ship the item/items back to us..

Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.

Washing:

• Cold Water: Use cold or lukewarm water (up to 30°C/86°F) to prevent shrinkage and fiber damage.
• Gentle Cycle: Select a delicate or gentle cycle on your machine.
• Mild Detergent: Use a mild liquid detergent, avoiding bleach.
• Inside Out & Mesh Bag: Turn garments inside out and place them in a mesh laundry bag to protect against snags and pilling.

Drying:

• Air Dry: Gently press out excess water (don't wring) and lay the garment flat on a rack or hang it to dry away from direct sunlight.
• No Tumble Dry: Avoid the dryer, as heat can shrink viscose. (Though some higher synthetic blends can tolerate very low heat briefly, air drying is safest).

Ironing:

• Low Heat & Inside Out: Iron while slightly damp on a low setting, inside out, or use a pressing cloth to protect the fabric.
